Business Issue – Disconnected Workforce
A regional Media Company was struggling to have their staff engage in the delivery of the business plan and as a result, were experiencing a disconnected workforce. In addition, they were also struggling to utlise the systems and also the processes effectively.
Because of this, they were asking themselves the question ‘How can I get my staff to use the business processes?’
We therefore designed an intervention which was delivered at several different levels as follows:
•Bespoke training workshops which raised the communication skills level across the business.
•Development and delivery of a business improvement programme which encouraged staff to play an active roll in reviewing and improving key processes, therefore, driving up ownership.
•Delivery of a Neuro-linguistic Programming Diploma (NLP) which dramatically improved engagement between the management and delivery staff.
