Business Issue – Fragmented Communication and Workforce Buy-In
A national civil engineering company was experiencing difficulties with fragmented communication and workforce buy-in. Therefore they found difficulties in coordinating project activity across seven UK based sites.
They asked the question of ‘How do I develop leadership in the business?’ so this is where we came in.
- We designed and delivered an extensive workforce development and coaching programme.
- Due to this programme, there were able to establish a common platform on which project and other essential business information could be shared and improve their communication.
- We also designed and delivered a comprehensive Leadership Development programme for the extensive senior team and as a result created a step change in terms of project delivery and overall quality of output.
